At EDSA, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you have the option to exchange the item within 72 hours or receive a store credit in return. Please note that sale items and customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


We do not offer returns on any products purchased through our website.


However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Customers can choose to exchange the item for a different colour of the same product, or they can select an entirely different item from our store inventory.

Include your order number in the email along with details of the item you wish to exchange. Our team will provide further instructions and initiate a free pickup from your address. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. Once received, we'll process the exchange accordingly and keep you updated throughout the process.

- EDSA reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our exchange policy criteria.
- Once the exchange is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
- For international exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping back the product and will bear the expenses thereof.
